Terms and Conditions – FoodBao POS
Welcome to FoodBao POS, a service provided by FoodBao Tech Solutions. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
- Account and Registration
- Each food stall client must create a valid account to access FoodBao POS.
- Clients must provide accurate business and contact information.
- Each account is intended for use by the registered stall only. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
- Subscription and Access
- FoodBao POS operates on a subscription basis: 30, 60, 90, or 365 days.
- Subscription activates after successful payment via Razorpay.
- Expired subscriptions must be renewed to continue using the service.
- E-Invoicing Compliance
- FoodBao Tech Solutions complies with Malaysia's e-Invoice regulations. We will issue an e-Invoice to merchants for the subscription service provided by FoodBao POS.
- Merchants (food stalls/hawkers) are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, including the issuance of e-Invoices to their customers for the sale of goods or services. FoodBao POS may provide tools or integration to assist with this process; however, the obligation to report and issue e-Invoices rests with the merchant.
- Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Razorpay.
- As part of our system, payments can be automatically transferred to sub-merchants (hawkers/stall accounts).
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of failed or duplicate transactions.
- Sub-Merchant Transaction Fees: If you subscribe as a sub-merchant using the Razorpay payment gateway, FoodBao POS will charge a 0.05% maintenance fee per transaction on top of the standard transaction fees below.
- Transaction Fee Schedule (in MYR):
- Local Debit/Prepaid Card: 2.4% of the transaction value.
- Local Credit Card: 2.4% of the transaction value.
- Foreign Card: 3.3% of the transaction value.
- FPX & DuitNow Pay: 1.5% of the transaction amount (min RM1). DuitNow Pay fee will be communicated separately once available.
- Touch’nGo Digital: 1.5% of the transaction value (min RM0.05).
- Grabpay, Boost, Mpay: 1.5% of the transaction value (min RM0.05).
- Instant Payout: RM0.10 for transactions ≤ RM5,000.00; RM0.60 for transactions > RM5,000.00.
- ShopBack Pay: 1.5% of the transaction value (min RM0.05).
- Atome: 6% per transaction; 1% per refunded amount for any refund made.
- 6/12/18/24 months - VIS, Public Bank EPP, Hong Leong Bank EPP: Not Applicable.
Notes:- The use of the ATOME Buy-Now-Pay-Later Service (“Atome Service”) is subject to the terms and conditions published at https://www.atome.my/en-my/terms-of-service.
- Any setup fees, annual subscription fees, or other one-time charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to specific circumstances outlined in our policy.
- Settlement will be credited to your bank account in T+2, except for ATOME Buy-Now-Pay-Later services, where the settlement will be in T+4.
- In the case of any chargebacks, Curlec will recover the chargeback amount plus a processing fee of RM10 from you.
- User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Use the system only for lawful purposes.
- FoodBao Tech Solutions is not liable for losses arising from mismanagement or misuse of the system.
- Termination
- FoodBao Tech Solutions may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
- Access will be revoked for non-payment or abuse of the system.
- Limitation of Liability
- FoodBao POS is provided “as-is.”
- FoodBao Tech Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Privacy Policy – FoodBao POS
At FoodBao Tech Solutions, your privacy is important. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use FoodBao POS.
- Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, business name, and contact details.
- Usage Data: Menu setup, sales records, and subscription activity.
- Payment Data: Processed via Razorpay; we do not store card details.
- How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve FoodBao POS services.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- For customer support and communication.
- Sharing and Disclosure
- We only share information with Razorpay for payment processing.
- We do not sell or trade your data with third parties.
- Data Security
- We implement standard encryption, secure storage, and access control.
- Your Rights
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

Refund Policy – FoodBao POS
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period begins.
- Refunds may be issued for failed transactions or duplicate payments, as verified by our support team.
- Refunds are processed via Razorpay according to FoodBao Tech Solutions's policies.
- Any extensions or partial refunds are at the sole discretion of FoodBao Tech Solutions.
